Civitas Quarterly 2015 - First Issue Civitas Quarterly (CQ) is the quarterly online magazine of Foundation University, which is located in Dumaguete City, the Philippines. This app allows users to access CQ issues online and download them for offline reading. The term Civitas is a Latin word signifying a form of citizenship in which its constituents share a common responsibility and are bonded by a sense of purpose. It is in this spirit that the magazine presents news stories, feature stories and updates for ongoing and future projects involving the FU community, which includes the students, faculty, staff and Alumni of the University.
